Tidy hotel in wonderful location in Boston. The breakfast had lots of food and it was reasonably good. Wonderful room, spacious bed, and large bathroom. An easy walk to the beautiful beach. Perfect venue, had a really courteous service. Besides, we parked the car nearby.

Breakfast is nice, position is good! It was next to The Lagoon. Also, we could visit freedom trail, it was 10 minutes' drive away. Our twin room had twin beds.

Hotel was very clean and reception staff was helpful. It is found in a shopping area. For tea and goodies visit Flour Bakery & Cafe, located close by. Nothing beats being in 140.
